The purpose of this training module is to evoke core competence #4 - courage. This module is also about engaging and inspiring others to act, an important interpersonal skill . We challenge you to post something that you have done the last year that has been courageous. It does not have to be anything complicated or big, the important thing is that you do it and how you get others involved. Remember that courage is subjective and whatever you feel is courageous is good enough. For example, it could be that you held a lecture - even though you are scared of speaking in front of people or that you dared to speak your mind in a topic that you hold close to your heart

We look forward to seeing your courage on display on a Social media platform of your choice!

Some questions to get you started:

  • What does courage mean for you, both in general and in your everyday life?
  • What are your strengths in regards to this core competence? What do you need to practice?
  • How do you practice courage?
  • Do you have any examples of people around you that show courage? What make them courageous?

For this module we'd like you to:

1.Choose your story: You decide!

2.Choose your platform: it could be Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or Linkedin.

3.Create your content: Preferably a movie, but a regular post works as well. Make sure to tag ASAP and use the hashtags #ASAP2030 and #COURAGEASAP.

4.Publish your post and tag at least 3 friends: it could be a challenge for them to do something or join the conversation about your topic.

5.Relax, get inspired and watch the hashtag grow:)
