Sustainability is
a team effort

And so is ASAP! To fully understand sustainability in practice and act on Agenda 2030 it is important to see the whole picture. We believe that future sustainability leaders should get a chance to collaborate with professionals with experience, know-how and resources to drive real change. Proactive companies and competent practitioners are already pushing things forward! In 2020 we have decided to focus on one theme - the green industry. We do this to get a chance to really deep dive and become experts. We decided to team up with one main partner from the green industry, LRF - The Federation of Swedish Farmers.

And so is ASAP! To fully understand sustainability in practice and act on Agenda 2030 it is important to see the whole picture. Learning how different sectors and industries operate and getting to know challenges and opportunities that lie ahead is a great start. Proactive companies and competent practitioners are already pushing things forward! We believe that future sustainability leaders should get a chance to collaborate with professionals with experience, know-how and resources to drive real change. So, for each year of our sustainability leadership training we team up with partners from industries and sectors with huge potential to contribute to a more sustainable world. 2019 we team up with partners from four major industries with huge potential to accelerate sustainable development: recycling, forest, green enterprise and innovation.

“Climate change is one of the most important issues of our generation. The green sector will be part of the solution to mitigate carbon emissions, use the full potential of agriculture and forestry as carbon storage and ensure you can create a life of your own anywhere in Sweden.”
- Emilia Astrenius Widerström, chairman LRF Youth organization
